Job Title: Salesperson
We are seeking a passionate and customer service focused individual to join our Mornington Electrical Team.
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for delivering Great Service, Always to our customers through various tasks, including:
1. Sales and customer service
2. Following up on quotes and orders
3. Maintaining a clean work environment
4. Stocking shelves and merchandising
Key Responsibilities:
* Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Be available to work weekends and late nights with flexibility throughout the busy retail trade periods.
* Have a good level of computer skills, using POS systems.
* Have a high attention to detail.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business.
* Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
* Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
* Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
* Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets & KPI's.
* A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as small home appliances, Whitegoods, TV's & Audio. Preferred but not essential.
