About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will carry out general household/commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Dubbo region. Training will be provided to the right candidate with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* All aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
* Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values.
* Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals.
* Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders.

About you:
* Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification, as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation. Experience is desired but not necessary; training will be provided to the right candidate.
* Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements.
* Sound communication and negotiation skills.
* Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team.
* Hold a valid driver's licence.
* Must be confident in towing a trailer.
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Check or be willing to obtain.
* Willing to complete a National Police Check.
