Job Summary
The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in project delivery success for leading renewable energy projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end contractual function across large-scale renewable energy projects from procurement through to construction and handover.
* Manage and administer project contracts including EPC, BoP, OEM, LTSA, and grid connection agreements.
* Support early-stage project development, advising on optimal contracting strategies and risk allocation.
* Drive contract negotiation, execution workflows, compliance tracking, and variation/claim management.
Qualifications
* 7-10+ years of experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
* Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex EPC and related contracts.
* Strong working knowledge of construction law and risk management principles.
* High attention to detail with experience managing multiple contracts and stakeholders.
