Sweeet Tooth is a bold, pink powered dessert brand known for loaded cookies, cult fave flavours, and big main character energy. We're entering our next growth phase and are looking for a Content Creator to work alongside our Marketing Manager to help take our brand from local icon to household name.
We require multi-format content creation experience across social media, video, photography, and written content.
A minimum of 6 months content creation experience is required for this role.
Proficiency in Canva and other basic content creation tools is essential.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, photography equipment, social media schedulers, and design platforms is preferred.
This role will start casual, with a clear pathway to part-time for the right person as the business expands.
The position requires 5-10 hours per week availability.
You'll be responsible for growing the Sweeet Tooth brand across social, digital, wholesale, and e-commerce, with a strong focus on sales-driven marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves strategy + execution, not just posting for aesthetics.
Brand & Growth
* Build and strengthen the Sweeet Tooth brand identity
* Drive awareness, engagement, and sales
* Identify and capitalise on food, dessert, and social media trends
Wholesale & Lead Generation
* Identify and approach local cafés, gyms, salons, and businesses
* Manage wholesale leads and outreach (email, DM, in-person support)
* Help onboard wholesale partners with marketing assets
Website & E-commerce
* Update the website with current, trending, and seasonal products
* Manage Shopify product listings, bundles, and promotions
* Support online sales growth and conversion optimisation
Social Media Management
* Plan and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
* Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and trend-based content
* Assist with captions, hooks, launches, and campaign rollouts
Photography & Creative
* Coordinate and manage photography and video content
* Direct content shoots (in-store, product, lifestyle)
* Ensure brand consistency across all visuals
Paid Ads & Platforms
* Manage and optimise paid ads (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
* Support e-commerce platforms including Shopify and Uber Eats
* Track performance and adjust campaigns to maximise ROI
Campaigns & Promotions
* Create and execute marketing campaigns for:
* Product launches
* Seasonal ranges
* Online sales
* Wholesale growth
* Collaborate on launch strategies and promotional calendars
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, or brand management
* Confident using Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and social platforms
* Shopify experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate

* Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and consumer behaviour
* Creative, organised, and self-motivated
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment
* Passion for food, hospitality, and brand-led businesses is a BIG plus
