Essential qualifications:
* Hold or currently studying towards a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in EC Education and Care (NSW) as recognised by ACECQA.
* Hold an APPROVED Working with Children Check
* Hold a First Aid Certificate and CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training ACECQA approved
* Hold a current certificate in Child Protection training ACECQA approved
Essential attributes of this role if applying for the Teachers position:
• Readily able to lead and develop a team of passionate educators to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room. Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and National Regulations, including the ability to apply related outcomes, principles and practices into your pedagogy to create a secure and stimulating learning environment.
Essential attributes of this role if applying for either of the positions:
• Previous experience in educating and caring for children in a regulated early childhood education and care service for a minimum of one year (minimum 38 hours per week) as a qualified Certificate III undertaken in Australia.

* Ability to form and maintain professional, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. reflective practices.
* Proven skills in documenting children's learning through observation and reflective practices

Pay: Child Care Worker starting at $65,835. to $73,150. plus super
Child Care Group Leader and Qualified Teacher $73, 150 to $ plus super
Full time (40 hour week) with 1 RDO a month. Centre closes 2 weeks over Christmas.
All work agreements including terms and conditions of employment follow the Children's Services Award or Educational Services (Teachers) award at current.
Conditions are underpinned by the National Employment Standards detailed in the Fair Work Act.
