Are you passionate about supporting others, managing volunteers, and making a meaningful impact? We're looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our Operations Team and build our volunteer teams across courts in Shepparton, Wangaratta, and Wodonga.
* Salary: SCHADS Award Level 5
* Hours: Part-time, 22.8 hours per week
* Contract: 2 years fixed term

Court Network is a leading organisation dedicated to providing a team of volunteers who offer non-legal support and assistance to individuals navigating the justice system. Our volunteers empower and increase the confidence of court users in managing the requirements of the courts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Support volunteer teams across Shepparton, Wangaratta and Wodonga Courts.
* Contribute to all areas of practice development related to volunteers and represent Court Network in court and agency collaboration initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders within the court context, representing Court Network in meetings and networks. Stakeholders include Magistrates, court staff, and community organisations, such as community legal services and family violence services.
* Develop appropriate referral pathways for court users in the community and court settings, building volunteer teams with strong referral knowledge and practices.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
* Strong leadership skills and ability to support and influence volunteers to achieve daily outcomes and quality standards.
* At least 2 years' experience working in a Coordinator equivalent role or similar.
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills in best practice volunteer management.
* A commitment to social justice and an understanding of the systemic barriers in place for those who are marginalised and vulnerable, including members of diverse groups within the community.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and the production of quality program documentation.
* People management skills including managing conflict and having difficult conversations.
* An understanding of family violence, the Victorian Government's family violence reform agenda, and how they relate to delivery of Court Network services in court.
* Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
* Highly developed computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer relationship management platform.
