RACQ Ipswich is looking for a fun, energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. It is not necessary to have experience, however sales experience in a previous role is desirable and importantly, a willingness to learn. We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training programme to set you up for success.
As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.

About You
Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
What We Offer You
* Rate of pay at commencement is $34.49 + Super + Penalty Rates
* Full Time 37.5 hours per week
* Temporary Contract through to 3 January 2027
* Rostered between 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:15am – 12:15pm every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight
