Due to internal growth, the PERFECT opportunity has arisen for a bubbly, super energetic, ambitious Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join the team.
This role is to be based at the Centre Management office general day to day duties of the reception, alongside provide assistance to the broader centre team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General reception duties including contractor sign-in and maintaining key register
- Maintaining contact lists
- Booking staff travel
- Documenting all communication with tenants regarding public liability insurance (COC) collection and ensuring these are received by due dates as required
- Updating information into the database
- Arranging contractors for repairs and maintenance jobs
- Monthly rent roll process and ad-hoc charges to tenants including uploading of support documentation
- Preparing and distributing memos to tenants as required
- Active participation in all emergency, crisis and risk management training programs
- Assisting with and managing emergency evacuation procedures and other crisis management situations
- Assisting with the management of all Public Liability Incidents and document control in Noggin
- Raising purchase orders as directed and ensuring purchase order summary is kept up to date
- Processing accounts payable invoices
