About the Role
As a Teacher, you will provide a high-quality educational program through discussion and critical reflection with your Educational Leader, education team, and co-educators. You will develop and foster relationships with families to contribute to the decision-making regarding their child's learning and wellbeing.
We currently have multiple teaching roles available at our Irymple and Wetlands Drive kindergartens, working across all 5 days. You can choose a roster that suits you, between 1 and 3 days per week contact time.
Develop an educational program in line with Regulation 73 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
Regularly meet with the Educational Leader to discuss and develop the education program.
Ensure all educators are implementing the educational program.
Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues to further develop skills and improve practice.
About You
As a qualified Early Childhood Educator passionate about educating children and working collaboratively, you will demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, leadership, and incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy.
Early Childhood Teaching Qualifications (as approved by ACECQA)
Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration – Early Childhood
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Level 2)
Experience within the early childhood education field
