About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our administration team as a Health Access Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy bringing efficiency to systems and achieving best outcomes for people in need of health services.
The role plays a vital part in supporting client bookings and allied health professionals to deliver prompt, high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting clinicians to manage their diary, including bookings, rebookings, charging, documenting, and maintaining clinical supports and meetings
* Providing administrative support to clinicians, including coordinating NDIS service agreements and maintaining communication with clients, families, stakeholders, and clinicians
* Maintaining up-to-date information for all client records and ensuring processes are followed correctly and timely
* Ensuring payments processes, reconciliations, and responses to incorrect processes and client outstanding fees are followed correctly and timely
Your Skills and Qualifications:
We seek individuals with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite, and high-level communication skills. A pro-active approach to problem-solving and ability to take initiative are essential.
