About the role

As the Executive Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support services to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership team, ensuring priorities are well managed, decisions are supported and operations run smoothly.

You will operate at the centre – coordinating across executives and stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. This role is critical to enabling effective leadership, strong governance, and efficient day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

You will bring structure and clarity to a complex, fast-paced environment by:

* Managing the executive workflow, priorities and communications to optimise time and focus
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and leaders
* Preparing high-quality documents, briefings and correspondence to support decision-making
* Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions with accuracy and timeliness
* Managing travel, events and executive logistics end-to-end
* Supporting projects and initiatives through research, coordination and administration
* Continuously improving systems, processes and administrative practices to increase efficiency

What we're looking for

* Proven experience supporting senior executives in a complex or fast-paced environment
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
* Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
* Advanced communication skills, including high-quality writing and minute-taking
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you anticipate needs and take initiative
* Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* Strong digital capability across the Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint and record-management systems

You take pride in your work, enjoy creating structure where there is complexity, and are known for being reliable, calm and highly organised under pressure.
