About the Role
As an Asset Compliance Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring MSWA’s Accommodation, Services, and Administration buildings, and fleet, remain safe, compliant, and operating at their best.
You’ll audit, assess, and play an active role in the planning, feasibility, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fire, security, energy systems, and more. Your expertise and innovative outlook help us maintain high-quality environments for people living with neurological conditions – aligning with MSWA’s values and commitment to operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
Audit and assess existing infrastructure to support and deliver upgrades, renewals, and maintenance planningEnsure compliance with building legislation, codes, WHS standards, and MSWA requirementsMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and asset recordsCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, external authorities, and service providersContribute to quality improvement initiativesSupport delivery of best-practice asset lifecycle managementPromote safe work practices and uphold MSWA’s organisational values
What We’re Looking For
Must‑haves
Manual C‑Class Driver’s LicenceValid White CardTertiary qualification in Building Services, Engineering, Project Management or related field OR 5+ years’ relevant industry experienceExperience in building services, facilities, asset management, or similarStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and energy systemsUnderstanding of building codes, compliance requirements, and WHS legislationNDIS Worker Screening Check & NDIS Orientation Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Nice‑to‑haves:
Postgraduate certification in energy efficiency, building compliance, or infrastructure planningExperience in healthcare, disability services, or high-support residential environmentsExposure to sustainability‑focused or energy‑efficient infrastructure projects
