We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team. This role will involve developing and maintaining key strategic accounts, driving growth and revenue within these accounts.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting BD's capabilities and value to defined Key Accounts, effectively leveraging BD as a key partner within these accounts.
* They will achieve revenue and gross profit targets within defined territory and key accounts.
* Work to achieve sales and profit growth in line with overall business objectives, ensuring internal stakeholders understand and are committed to a successful implementation with clear measurable outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field essential (MBA preferred).
* A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in marketing or sales in the healthcare industry.
* Demonstrated ability to execute on strategy - identify opportunities and forge new business.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Business acumen and analytical skills required.
* Project management, oral and written communication skills necessary.
* Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and maximize market intelligence.
* Demonstrated experience in key account management.
* Success in customer advocacy development.
* High levels of computer skills particularly spreadsheets, graphics presentations, and databases.
* Problem-solving ability and demonstrated innovative solutions.
* Time management and organizational skills necessary.
* Ability to work independently and quickly assess and resolve issues.
