Front of House Team Member Overview
This role is a vital part of our customer service team, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and seating guests in a warm and welcoming manner
* Cleaning, clearing & resetting tables to high standards
* Taking orders accurately and making payments efficiently
* Preparing beverages and cocktails with attention to detail
* Managing customers and preventing RSA issues through effective communication
Requirements:
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (RSA)
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible roster, prioritizing guest satisfaction
* Maintaining immaculate personal presentation at all times
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with cash handling and reconciling takings accurately
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues in a diverse team
