In this position, you will be responsible for creating and managing schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with various departments to develop medium-term schedules, ensuring that scheduled works and repairs meet project requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in scheduling and estimating activities. Additionally, proficiency in using P6 Database and advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be highly beneficial.

* Key Responsibilities:
o Preparation, planning, and implementation of multi-department schedules
o Assisting department superintendents with developing medium-term schedules on 1, 2, and 4-week plans
o Providing communication channels, interface, and coordination between maintenance teams and operations
o Ensuring scheduled works and repairs meet project requirements dates
o Identifying changes in scope of work and amending schedules as required
o Liaising with key stakeholders, internal and external, and supplying regular schedule updates
o Providing support to departments to ensure workflow is streamlined and minimize delays
o Constructing Gantt charts for works and assisting in executing plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Shutdown/Maintenance Scheduling
* Prior experience in scheduling and estimating activities to establish workflow development plans with strong analytical skills
* Engineering and/or relevant Trade Qualification is highly desirable
* Proficient experience using P6 Database is highly desirable
* Understanding QAQC requirements
* Experience with scheduling activities in large multi-discipline workshops or similar
* Ability to plan multiple departmental activities for complex, multi-discipline workshop environments
* Proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
* Sound knowledge of scheduling practices and estimations
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
