Project Manager – Northern Region, Queensland
Location: Queensland (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Northern NSW) – must be able to travel and work away from home.

Responsibilities
* Link commercial outcomes of projects with engineering requirements to ensure profitability and specification compliance.
* Organise, oversee, and direct site labour, delivery of construction materials, plant, equipment, and establish detailed programmes for site activity coordination.
* Monitor changes to the project scope and effectively estimate and negotiate variations to contractual conditions.
* Manage contracts and ensure conformance to contractual requirements.
Preferred Candidate Skills & Attributes
* Experience with contract management.
* Experience in Project Management or demonstrated in construction and contract management roles; consideration for Project Engineers, Contract Managers, or similar applicants moving into Project Management.
* Experience in ground engineering or civil construction industry.
* Willingness to travel when required to meet project outcomes.
* Experience in site documentation and reporting.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to offer alternative solutions commercially and technically.
* Strong culture in occupational health and safety.
* Experience operating within a third‑party accredited management system.
Compensation & Logistics
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated in line with experience. The role is based in the Northern Region; most of the team live within the Gold Coast/Brisbane area. While not mandatory, living in the region is advantageous.
