For success, bring a min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability, a passion and energy for world-class care, ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
