About the Role - Full-time - Based at our Epping Head Office
This is an opportunity to step into a commercially focused, stakeholder-facing role where your work directly supports frontline services and organisational performance.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will lead sourcing and contract management across assigned categories, ensuring value for money, compliance, and reliable supply.
You'll partner closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive procurement outcomes that balance cost, quality, and risk.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver category strategies aligned to business needs
* Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (tenders, RFQs, negotiations)
* Manage contracts and supplier performance across the lifecycle
* Analyse spend and market trends to identify value opportunities
* Provide commercial advice to stakeholders
* Drive procurement governance, compliance, and continuous improvement

Requirements About you
You're a commercially astute procurement professional who enjoys working with stakeholders and delivering practical outcomes.
You'll bring
* 5+ years' experience in procurement, category, or contract management
* Strong sourcing and negotiation capability
* Experience managing suppliers and contracts end-to-end
* Ability to influence stakeholders across a complex organisation
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience in a multi-site or regulated environment (Aged Care, Healthcare, Government or NFP highly regarded)
