About the Role
As a Business Analyst in the Collections Team within the Customer Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in all project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, including projects, enabling the client to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and implementing work stream processes, systems, and structures. They will collaborate with cross-functional workshops to define requirements and facilitate the transition to "to be" processes.
Responsibilities include
* Provide input to define and implement work stream processes, systems, and structures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional workshops to define requirements and "to be" processes.
* Act as a liaison between program delivery and technology teams to gather requirements.
* Provide input on technology requirements and potential benefits.
* Conduct super user and end-user training as required.
* Define configuration specifications and/or technology requirements.
* Develop relationships with technical leads to optimise integration.
* Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
* Participate in solution testing activities across the program.
* Communicate key insights and findings to the delivery team.
* Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, summaries, and updates.
* Identify opportunities to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
What you will need to succeed (MUST)
* At least 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience essential, through process improvement initiatives to major end to end transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management to be able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders from various levels
* Knowledge of Power Curve Collections/Collections processes.
* Deep understanding of the Collections and Recoveries market in Australia – challenges, trends, competitive and & regulatory environment
* Previous experience in solution testing.
* Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies
