About the Role:
* Assist Participants to access services under the NDIS.
* Assist with implementing plans, connecting clients to informal, mainstream, community, and funded supports, and liaising with the NDIA.
* You’ll play a vital role in improving quality of life, advocating for autonomy, dignity, and respect, and fostering a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
* NDIS Workers screening, First Aid, CPR and Blue Card
* Relevant qualifications
* Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
* Experience working in community services within disability
* Experience supporting clients with NDIS plans
* Effective communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to meet KPIs and have strong report writing skills

Pay: $38,100.00 – $61,441.83 per year
