Multiple Roles - 2 streams (MSK and Women's Health)
IM Partners is recruiting on behalf of The Sports and Arthritis Clinic (SPARC), a well-established multidisciplinary clinic in metro Adelaide with a strong focus on musculoskeletal medicine, sports injury management and arthritis care.
We are seeking one to two medical practitioners (GPs, early-career GPs or registrars encouraged) to join SPARC on a contractor percentage basis. The clinic is open to appointing practitioners into one of two distinct clinical streams, or a combination of both, depending on skills and interests.
Role 1: Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine
This role is primarily focused on musculoskeletal and sports-related care. The majority of clinical work involves acute and chronic MSK presentations, arthritis management and sports injuries, working with active and sporting populations.
This stream suits practitioners who are interested in building or deepening capability in MSK and sports medicine, including early-career GPs and registrars seeking structured exposure and teaching, as well as experienced clinicians looking for high-quality, no after-hours clinical work.
Role 2: Women's Health
There is a separate and distinct opportunity for a practitioner with a genuine interest in women's health to establish or grow a dedicated women's health stream within the clinic. This role can operate independently or alongside MSK work, depending on practitioner preference and skillset.
Clinic environment
SPARC is a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic with a strong emphasis on consultative, patient-centred care. The environment supports clinical discussion, learning and professional development, with musculoskeletal teaching and support available.
The role is compatible with portfolio careers. Practitioners who also work with sports clubs, institutes or other clinics, including those with links to high-performance or sporting environments, are encouraged to apply.
