What we need: A general legend, someone that works well in a team and is ok with laughing half the day on site, our guys are somewhat too happy most of the time.
We value attitude, initiative and work ethic over all else, and have trained many of our long standing staff up that have shown these qualities.
However tickets such as MR truck license are handy, as well as some general construction experience (it helps if you can operate a shovel!).

ResponsibilitiesWork on civil construction sites as part of a team in a positive, collaborative workplace.Operate equipment as trained (including basic shovel work and other on-site tasks).
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.Be willing to perform a variety of duties as required by the project and team.QualificationsGeneral construction experience; MR truck license is handy.White Card (Construction Induction Safety).
