PFD Food Services is a 100% Australian owned food service network, with 70 strategically located distribution centres around Australia. We deliver an extensive range of fresh meat and seafood together frozen products, drygoods, paper products and cleaning solutions to the food service industry.

**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to effectively manage multiple Chep & Loscam accounts, co-ordinate the national pallet reconciliations and oversee pallet accounts nationally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and coach a small team to effectively maintain pallet counts nationally
- Processing of all pallet transfer advice and ensuring monthly pallet counts are carried out
- Maintaining Chepmate and HMS databases
- Monthly reconciliation of Chep and Loscam invoices for the five Melbourne accounts
- Investigation and resolution of pallet transaction queries
- Collation of reconciliation figures from all PFD sites nationally

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Ability to liaise and problem solve with suppliers and carriers and PFD Branch Managers or nominated staff across sites nationally
- Excellent leadership skills
- Accurate attention to detail
- Knowledge of Chepmate and HMS pallet management systems
- Good time and organisational skills
- Able to assist branches with queries and give clear instruction
