With a strong reputation in the land development sector, this team is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering broadacre subdivision projects for major private developers. The Opportunity: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of large-scale subdivision projects, working closely with some of the industry's most recognized developers. You’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to construction and handover, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong stakeholder relationships, and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project management of broadacre subdivision projects. Build and maintain trusted relationships with major private developers. Provide technical oversight and direction to the project team. Manage project financials, timelines, and risk. Work collaboratively with internal technical teams, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders. Contribute to business growth and project opportunities in the Victorian market. About You: Proven experience in land development, ideally managing broadacre subdivision projects. Strong background in engineering project delivery (civil engineering qualifications preferred). Commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with major developers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
