Our focus is on supporting recovery and functional restoration to help clients return to work and life, regardless of their age or situation.Responsibilities include:Applying clinical reasoning to support individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries at work.Adopting a holistic care approach within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate rehabilitation and healing.Performing various assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments, based on your expertise.Collaborating with injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals.Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized rehabilitation plans across schemes like Work Cover or the Department of Veterans Affairs.Our diverse client base spans industries including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
