The position requires a self-motivated individual to undertake various maintenance tasks on an aged care site in Grafton. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
* General repairs are required to ensure the upkeep of facilities.
* Grounds maintenance will involve lawn mowing, weeding, and other related activities.
* Preventative maintenance tasks will be conducted to prevent equipment failures and maintain a safe working environment.
