We're working with a high-growth sports nutrition brand that's shifting gears - moving from solid foundations into a more ambitious, culture-led DTC business.
They need someone who can take what's working... and turn it into something much bigger.
The role:-
You'll lead the marketing function - but this is far from a purely strategic role.
You'll be in it. Building, testing, launching, optimising.
From shaping the growth roadmap to executing campaigns, you'll own how this brand shows up and scales.
What you'll drive:
* A clear, commercially-led 12–24 month growth plan
* Customer acquisition + retention across key digital channels
* Paid performance strategy and optimisation
* End-to-end product launches and campaign drops
* Subscription, loyalty and LTV growth
* Ambassador and affiliate programs
* A small, high-performing team
* Reporting, insights and accountability across the funnel
What we're looking for
You've done this before - ideally in a DTC or eCommerce environment where growth really mattered.
You're commercially sharp, data-led and comfortable making decisions that move revenue.
* Proven experience scaling a DTC / eCommerce brand
* Strong performance marketing capability
* Deep understanding of retention, cohorts and LTV
* Hands-on with platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo (ideal)
* Confident leading creative, testing and optimisation
* A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told
* Collaborative, low ego, high ownership
* Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-moving environment
