WHAT'S ON OFFER
Salary + Bonus + Allowances + 12% Superannuation
– a base salary of $160k – $220k + bonus + allowances (CPD, memberships, insurance etc) + superannuation
No commission pressure
– stability and earnings certainty from Day 1
Variety of treatments
- do your best work in your favourite areas from general dentistry to cosmetic, restorative, oral surgery, implants, clear aligners, orthodontics
Flexible schedule
– full-time or part-time (min. 2 days/week)
Cutting-edge facilities
– brand-new 5-chair clinics with A-dec chairs, OPG, intraoral scanners, iTero (coming soon) & 3D printer (coming soon)

– regular case discussions with other senior clinicians plus external Clinical Advisors

ABOUT YOU
You're a clinician who values trust, care, and doing what's best for patients. You want stability and a team that supports quality dentistry over quotas.
Ideally a minimum of 5+ years of Australian experience
Skilled across general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry
AHPRA registration (no conditions) & current professional indemnity insurance
Team-oriented, low-ego, and aligned with a values-based organisation
