The Role
You will be reporting to the Director. The role is for a senior project manager or potentially a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management and to provide advice and guidance to the client.
The Role Includes (but Not Limited To)
* Design Management
* Tender Phase - documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.
* Construction - superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
* Project Administration
* Contract administration including Superintending
* Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)
* Collaborating with colleagues and line managers
* Design development & project delivery
* Stakeholder management
About You / Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification
* Consultancy experience preferred
* Team collaboration is a must
* 5-7+ years project management/development experience preferable
* Knowledge of retail and education sectors preferred
* An architecture, engineering or quantity surveyor experience is ideal
* Ability to work proactively and autonomously
* Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
* High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects
