People Operations Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to business leaders across local and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of HR experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environments. You will have strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Requirements
* 3 years of HR experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
* Experience with employee relations, including performance management and investigations
* Solid computer skills across MS Office and ideally working knowledge of Employment Hero, SAP, and JobAdder
