About the Role
The Lifestyle Assistant will support the delivery of engaging activities and programs that promote social connection, emotional wellbeing, and enjoyment for residents. This includes planning, delivering, and reviewing lifestyle activities tailored to individual resident needs.
* Plan, deliver, and review lifestyle activities to meet unique resident requirements;
* Facilitate group and one-on-one programs promoting social interaction;
* Welcome new residents with their transition process;
* Advocate for residents' interests in feedback or concerns conversations;
* Maintain accurate documentation on participation levels;
