Responsibilities
Analyze system requirements and impacts for new or enhanced applications; estimate development tasks.
Determine and recommend effective development approaches.
Engage with business users, analysts, solution architects to understand needs for project and maintenance tasks.
Design and code quality programs of all complexity levels aligned with requirements and solution architecture.
Conduct unit testing, support system testing and implementation for complex programs.
Provide emergency technical support and resolve production problems to maintain high availability, data integrity and accurate reporting.
Contribute to programming practices and standards to keep them current and high quality.
Challenge existing processes to drive efficiencies and technology delivery performance.
Mentor and develop analyst programmers, supporting key performance indicators and knowledge growth.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
3–5 years of Adobe AEM development experience (AEM 6.4+).
Strong programming skills in Java, AEM, RESTful services, AJAX, JavaScript/JQuery, AngularJS.
Experience with web services/REST, web architecture, SEO, mobile web, responsive design.
Proficient in source control tools (TFS, GIT, Stash, Grunt).
Design and build components, templates, dialogs, workflows using AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGi, JCR).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns.
Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile.
Proven track record in integration and development of distributed/cloud-based applications.
Highly skilled in analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Experience solving technical problems related to content management such as search accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, personalization.
Salary
$130,000–$160,000 per year
