About the Role
The ICT Business Analyst will serve as a central link between healthcare clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams. The role involves analysing clinical and administrative workflows to identify inefficiencies, documenting system requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions and implementation services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business & Systems Analysis:
o Work with users to identify, formulate, and document business and system requirements.
o Investigate current processes, procedures, and workflows within healthcare practices to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.
* Solution Design & Project Support:
o Develop functional and non-functional specifications for developers and technical teams.
o Assist in solution design, including prototypes, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
* Client Engagement & Implementation:
o Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings with healthcare professionals.
o Translate complex business needs into practical ICT solutions aligned with business objectives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, ICT, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in ICT business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design.
Highly Advantageous:
* Postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in healthcare, medical technology, clinical workflow analysis, or hospital systems.
