We are seeking an experienced professional to plan and deliver maintenance contracts for a State Government client. This role involves supervising office and field staff, coordinating subcontractors, and managing resources, plant, and systems to ensure contracts are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee delivery of maintenance contracts and work programs
* Supervise staff and subcontractors and manage regional resources
* Monitor service delivery, expenditure, and compliance against agreed standards
* Maintain asset, system, and plant records (Ellipse or similar systems)
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Ensure compliance with WHS, legislation, and HR policies
* Support resource alignment across maintenance and procurement streams
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Sound understanding of asset management and project lifecycles
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems-based reporting
* Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with strong problem-solving ability
* Customer-focused and able to work effectively within a team
