About the role:
As the E-Commerce Assistant at LIONESS, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with our Marketing Team and Brand Director to ensure Lioness products are accurately represented online and optimised for sell-through and conversion. You will gain hands-on experience across site management, merchandising, reporting, and campaign execution, with opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements that make a real impact.

* Conduct daily and weekly website checks to identify and resolve product, pricing, or merchandising issues before escalation.
* Upload new products, implement markdowns, and manage merchandising updates across AU and US sites with accuracy.
* Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance and competitor reports, highlighting insights and suggestions for improvement.
* Support the execution of online merchandising strategies aligned with launches, campaigns, and stock flow plans.
* Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Warehouse Teams to ensure clear communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
