Job Description

As a valued member of our team, you will support our office in Bendigo with a range of administrative tasks including front desk duties, client interactions, CRM database management, sales, leasing, advertising, and accounts administration.


Main Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
2. Take clients through properties for sale or lease, showcasing our extensive portfolio of commercial real estate opportunities.
3. Assist our marketing, sales, and leasing teams with ad hoc tasks, helping to drive business growth and success.
4. Manage our CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for our clients and contacts.
5. Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to sales, leasing, advertising, and accounts, supporting the smooth operation of our office.


Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

* A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
* The ability to work autonomously, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* IT savviness, with experience using CRM systems and other software applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* An interest in commercial real estate and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
