Job Title: Programmatic Revenue Growth Leader
The Programmatic Revenue Growth Leader is responsible for driving and scaling revenue growth through programmatic advertising.
This role oversees the programmatic sales function, from strategic planning and marketplace positioning to cross-functional team collaboration and revenue execution.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead a programmatic sales strategy, partnering closely with digital partners, total media sales teams, and programmatic operations teams to execute effectively and achieve revenue goals.
2. Build strategic partnerships with trading desks, DSPs, agencies, and holding companies through programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace negotiations.
3. Evolving programmatic product offerings and ad tech stacks to optimize demand across programmatic channels.
4. Leveraging market insights, knowledge of emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic ecosystem to refine the programmatic strategy and build a competitive advantage.


Requirements:

* A deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, DMP/CDPs, and RTB.
* Strong relationships across holding companies, independent agencies, and in-house brand buyers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decision-making.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically to solve client and business challenges.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and build strong internal relationships.
* 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with 5+ in a programmatic leadership role.
* Proven ability to drive high-growth revenue streams and exceed sales targets.
