Lead Restaurant Operations
Hungry Jack's is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and crew development. Key responsibilities include conducting structured training, delivering individual coaching sessions, developing shift plans, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and robust organisational and time management capabilities.
Management Development Plan
* Crew Training - Week 1-6: Focus on in-depth understanding of restaurant operations.
* Leadership/Management Training - Week 7-11: Develop skills in basic shift running, policies, procedures, goal setting, KPIs, food safety, and delegation.
* Certification - Week 12: Review progress and ensure readiness to run a shift unsupervised.
