About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reservations Manager to lead our dynamic Reservations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure seamless guest interactions while collaborating with departments across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support daily operations of the Reservations team
* Manage room inventory and booking systems (PMS, MARSHA, OXI)
* Ensure all VIP and group bookings are accurately handled
* Coach and develop team members through training and onboarding
* Liaise with Revenue and Sales teams to support promotions and rate programs
* Complete reports, rosters, timesheets, and end-of-month tasks
* Respond to guest enquiries via phone/email and support sales conversions
* Maintain compliance with WH&S and company policies
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations (supervisory experience highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of FIT and group bookings
* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
* A team leader with a proactive and guest-focused approach
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
