Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated administrative professional to provide operational support in our dynamic office environment.


Main Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support across assigned workgroups or depots.
* Manage training activities, reports, and compliance tasks.
* Handle procurement, purchasing, and travel bookings with precision.
* Support payroll processes and safety initiatives while maintaining accuracy.
* Perform data entry, archiving, and project-related tasks efficiently.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior experience in administration, preferably with exposure to training management and procurement/purchasing.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Moderate proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office setting.
