Next Level Racing is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team serving our online and walk in customers As a global leader in simulation technology, we provide cutting-edge products for racing, flight simulation, haptic systems, and gaming enthusiasts around the world. Whether you're troubleshooting high-tech racing seats, assisting with flight sim setups, or helping customers make informed purchasing decisions, your role will make a direct impact on the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Provide world-class customer service via phones, live chats, emails, and in-person at our showroom.
- Support customers across our entire product range, including racing seats, flight simulators, haptic systems, and other tech products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure customers have the best possible experience with their products.
- Assist customers with eCommerce tasks, such as placing orders, processing returns, and navigating the online store.
- Respond to live chats, reviews, and eCommerce platforms to engage with customers and solve their problems in real-time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for new processes or products.
- Achieve personal and team productivity targets, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.
- Help build long-term relationships with customers by providing top-notch service and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

- A passion for technology and gaming especially racing simulators, flight simulators, and haptic products.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for solving problems and explaining tech products in an easy-to-understand way.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a \"can-do\" attitude, you'll thrive on finding creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, we love collaboration and want you to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Familiarity with ticketing software like Freshdesk, Shopify, and is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- A quick learner who can adapt to new challenges and tools as the industry evolves.
- Must be able to work in Australia without restrictions (permanent residency or working visa).
