Your Impact
TheSenior Specialist – Learning, Career and Capabilitywillplay a critical role in equipping our people with the knowledge,capabilityand behaviours they need to succeed, as well as understanding thekeypathways availableto them.You will supportthe wider Talent and People Team, takinga leadingrole in thedesign and delivery of enterprise learning programs, leadership development, as well asperformance enablement-ensuring alignment with our strategic direction and ways of working. We are also stewards of learning governance and support local compliance with regulatory and licencing requirements.
As part of our People Team, this is a high-impact roleoperatingat the intersection of Learning, Talent, andCapability. We are evolving beyond a traditional reactive L&D model toward a deliberate"grow, not buy" talent philosophy, and this role is central to making that shift successful.

A Day in the Life
* Lead end-to-end program development, from needs analysis and design through to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
* Design and deliver learning solutionsthat uplift enterprise capability across priority areas– aligning our global and ANZ strategies.
* Support talent mapping initiatives and strengthen "Know Your Talent" visibility.
* Monitor learning effectiveness and compliance completion rates,identifyingrisks or trends andinitiatingfollow-up actions or program updates where needed.
* Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to enhance our attraction, retention and development of Talent across the business.
* Establish and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, People Partners, and subject matter experts to deliver learning that meets business needs.
* Maintain and enhance compliance training programs (Articulate experience required).
* Stay abreast of learning trends, compliance changes, and industry best practicesto future-proof our learning approach and technology landscape.
Your Strengths
* Proven experience in Learning & Developmentor Talent Managementroles, ideally within regulated industries.
* Ideally, youpossessstrongknowledge ofdevelopmentand employee growthpathways– supporting future skills and mobility.
* Experience leading compliance learning or mandatory training programs aligned to local regulatory obligations (e.g. AML, WHS, RG).
* Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build trusted stakeholder partnerships across diverse teams.
* Ability to balance operational delivery with longer‐term strategic initiatives.
* Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to track learning effectiveness and compliance performance.
