Our company is seeking an experienced workforce coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving workforce training and participation outcomes for a NSW Government project in the Sydney metropolitan area. This challenging opportunity will see you develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor programs and initiatives to increase participation of women in construction across all levels of the project.
Job Description
The primary role of the workforce coordinator is to deliver high-impact workforce development programs that meet business objectives. This includes building relationships with stakeholders, developing training programs, and providing ISLP support to align with specific project targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic workforce development plans to achieve business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including BESIX Watpac management, government departments, subcontractors, and external partners.
* Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, and engage with working groups to achieve desired workforce training and participation outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* An understanding of NSW Government training policies and guidelines.
* Training administration experience in a medium to large organization, preferably in the construction and/or civil environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and train diverse teams.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.
