We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Service Advisor to join our busy dealership team. As the face of our service department, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our expert technicians, delivering a premium service experience. Customers and customer interactions are the most important part of our business, and you would be at the forefront of our Customer Experience every day!

Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and initiate the service process, ensuring they feel valued.
* Listen to customer needs, conduct vehicle walk‐arounds, and accurately document repair orders.
* Communicate effectively between clients and workshop technicians regarding vehicle repair status.
* Ensure all vehicles are returned to customers in top condition and explain work performed with a customer‐centric approach.
* Recommend necessary servicing, provide accurate cost/time estimates, and manage service bookings.
* Respond to all customer questions and enquiries in a timely manner, keeping customers well informed throughout the entire process.
* Create a great customer experience and serve as a role model for exceptional customer service at all times.
* Handle challenging customer concerns confidently, resulting in excellent outcomes for both the customer and the business.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
* Experience in hospitality, retail or other customer‐focused roles (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‐centric mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clean and current restricted or full driver's license.
