Quarry Manager – Dubbo, NSW

You'll be trusted to:
* Reset and embed strong safety standards and day-to-day discipline
* Reduce reliance on labour hire by building capability internally
* Lead long-tenured teams with clarity, respect and confidence
* Improve operational efficiency without compromising safety or quality
Key Responsibilities
* Lead quarry operations across three established hard rock sites in the Dubbo region
* Champion safety, environmental compliance and site standards
* Manage production, costs, budgets and operational planning
* Develop supervisors and operators and strengthen succession pathways
* Contribute to maintenance planning and capital works execution
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the local community
* Ensure the site/s adheres to all licensing, consent and regulatory requirements
* Assessing team capability, strengthening succession and developing future leaders
* Working closely with quarry support, maintenance and regional operations teams
* Collaborating with external drill and blast providers and internal asset teams
This role reports to the Operations Manager and is supported by a Quarry Support Manager and a newly established Asset Management function.
