The Position
* Lead and manage the production kitchen to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
* Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations.
* Ensure all food products meet quality specifications and are produced within budgeted food costs.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen environment.
* Provide effective team leadership and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance.
* Monitor and improve kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Prior experience in a similar culinary environment
* Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and positivity
* Team player who can also work independently
* Flexible, reliable, and physically fit
* Strong communication skills and hardworking attitude
