As Concierge for the [location] Branch of CommBank, you'll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you'll:
* Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
* Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
* Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
We're interested in people who have:
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
* Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
* The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
* A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
