You will develop skills to become a qualified Valuer. The role involves undertaking and assisting with providing professional, expert and authoritative property and valuation information and technical expertise that is consistent with legislation, policy and community standards and expectations.
The 24-month program will see graduates experience up to four work rotations of up to six months each with different teams within the organization, which may include Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions and Special Valuations to give them a wide breadth of training and learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop skills to become a qualified Valuer
* Undertake and assist with providing professional, expert and authoritative property and valuation information and technical expertise
* Gain knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and understand how they apply
* Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time and in accordance with relevant requirements
Requirements:
* Student Member or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute
* Completion of, or undertaking, qualifications that meet the eligibility requirements to apply for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
