**Overview**
Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our community. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Facility and Grounds Officer to join our team.
The Facility and Grounds Officer will be responsible for the general maintenance of facilities associated with the interior and/or exterior of our health unit. Duties may include rubbish collection, minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical repairs and ground maintenance.
**Essential Criteria**
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and initiative in daily responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within specified timeframes.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with experience in building and grounds maintenance.
A current First Aid Certificate or Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one desirable.
