About Us
Cadia Valley Operation is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney.
Cadia produces gold doré bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit.
The operation includes the Cadia East Mine which is globally renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method.
We acknowledge the Wiradjuri people, traditional custodians of the land surrounding Cadia, and proudly run an Indigenous Buddy Program to enrich the workplace experience for our Indigenous employees.

About the Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative, systems and workflow support across the Fleet department.
You'll be the go-to person for managing rosters, procurement, travel, reporting, site access and system updates, while ensuring data accuracy across SAP, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass and ESS.
A key part of this position is identifying smarter ways of working – whether that's through automation, standardising processes, improving workflows, or helping streamline the way the team operates day to day.
You'll also coordinate and support the Fleet Maintenance Admin Clerks to ensure consistent, reliable admin support across the whole department.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage workforce and roster administration including leave, ESS updates and attendance.
* Coordinate PPE, clothing and new starter requirements.
* Process procurement tasks including PRs, SES entries and credit card administration.
* Arrange travel and FIFO bookings.
* Manage site access requests, compliance and approvals.
* Support timesheet, CAT2 and payroll accuracy.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs.
* Improve workflows through digital tools, automation and smarter processes.
* Maintain data accuracy across SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, and MS platforms.
* Coordinate Maintenance Admin Clerks to ensure consistent process execution.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who looks for better and more efficient ways to work.
Strong attention to detail and experience working with systems and data is essential. Confident communication skills, time management and ability to juggle varied tasks are must-haves.
This permanent residential position will be based in Orange, New South Wales and will suit applicants currently living in Orange or near surrounds in Australia.
The work pattern is 5/2 (Monday to Friday) or 9-day Fortnight.
